We stand behind every product in the FLOST System. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Refunds
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your delivery date and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a refund, email us at support@flost8.org with your order number and a brief note on what wasn't working for you. That's it.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable health products, we do not accept physical returns. You do not need to send anything back to receive a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we'll send you a free replacement immediately — no return required.
Just email support@flost8.org with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 90 days of the delivery date
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing (we recommend filing a claim with the carrier in this case — we're happy to assist)
